We buy the stuff off your feed, so you don't have to gamble on it.
You know the feeling. Something scrolls past, it is genuinely clever or funny or just very good looking, and you think: I want that. Then you go looking, and you end up three tabs deep on a site you have never heard of, with a photo that might be the real product, a price that seems too good, and a delivery estimate measured in months.
We started Only Viral Finds because we kept doing exactly that and kept being disappointed.
How we choose what we sell
We watch what takes off online. Not everything that goes viral is worth owning, so most of what we look at never makes it onto the site.
Before anything gets listed, we order one ourselves and unbox it. If the quality is not there, if it looks nothing like the video, or if it is the kind of thing you would use once and forget, we leave it. That is why the shop is small on purpose. It is a shortlist, not a catalogue.
What you can expect from us
Honest photos. The pictures on the product page show the thing you will actually receive, at its real size, in a real room. If it is 23cm long, we tell you it is 23cm long.
Tracked delivery to anywhere in the world. No 3 month-long wait, no customs charge landing on your doormat, no guessing where your parcel is.
60 days to change your mind. If it turns up and it is not for you, tell us and we will refund you. You do not need a reason and we will not make it difficult. We would rather lose the sale than have you stuck with something you do not want.
A real person answering emails. Write to us and you get a reply, usually the same working day. [Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.]
Who is behind it
Only Viral Finds is a small independent UK shop based in London. There is no call centre and no warehouse full of staff. That's the point: it stays small enough that everything sold here is something we would actually keep.
